Disputes. Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this Website or to Products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in the United States and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Acceptable Behavior and Code of Conduct. All users of the Website are expected to behave in a professional manner. Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Unacceptable behavior includes (but is not limited to) posting obscene, illegal, defamatory, or threatening content, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights, is invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation. Unacceptable behavior will result in removal from the Website at Polaris Therapy, LLC’s sole discretion and no refunds will be given. Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors. No assignment of this Agreement, in whole or in part, may be made by Client without the express written consent of Polaris Therapy, LLC.
Severability and Survival. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. Polaris Therapy, LLC’s rights under this Agreement will survive the termination of this Agreement.
Enforceability. The provisions of this Agreement shall be enforceable notwithstanding the existence of any claim or cause of action against Polaris Therapy, LLC by Client whether based on this Agreement or otherwise.
Duty to Read. I accept that I have a duty to read this agreement, and have done so. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am precluded from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies contained herein.
Waiver. The failure of Polaris Therapy, LLC to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of Polaris Therapy, LLC’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.
At Reflex Integration Through Play (integratingreflexes.com and the RITP App), we collect and manage user data according to the following Privacy Policy. This document is part of our Terms of Service, and by using integratingreflexes.com (the “Website”) or RITP App (the “App”), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. Please read the Terms of Service in their entirety.
Minors and children should not use the Website or the App. By using the Website or the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
We collect anonymous data from every visitor of the Website and the App to monitor traffic and fix bugs. For example, we collect information like web requests, the data sent in response to such requests, the Internet Protocol address, the browser type, the browser language, and a timestamp for the request.
When you make a purchase or leave a comment on our site you opt-in to saving your name and email address in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment or make another purchase. These cookies will last for one year.
