❤️ Why It Matters:

Have you ever told yourself, “I’m not going to let this kid get under my skin today”—only to find yourself yelling before you’ve even had your morning coffee?

You’re not alone.

You can’t pour from an empty cup—or regulate a child when your own nervous system is in survival mode.

Here’s why your good intentions & behavior don’t always match

You can’t out-think a dysregulated nervous system.

This series gives you the reset you didn’t know you needed, using research-based, heart-led practices to help you show up differently—calmer, more connected, and ready for whatever comes.

Learn how to show up calm, steady, and ready to co-regulate—even when things get hard.

This program gives you a clear, practical way to rethink your reactions and align with the grown-up you want to be.

Hi, I'm Fran—also known as Coach Franny. For over 20 years, I've helped children and their grown-ups thrive. As a longtime educator and parent, I learned early on that real growth starts with the brain-body connection. That's what led me to study reflex integration, yoga, and breathwork. Today, I'm the Director of Social-Emotional and Behavioral Development at a Reggio-inspired preschool and also work with families in private practice. I offer in-person and virtual sessions and love partnering with schools interested in bringing RITP to their classrooms.
